In Seach of Our Own Private Motu on Tikehau

Our envisioned imageries of endless water and desserted islands were realized this afternoon when we took the kayak out to sea; free to wonder anywhere we pleased in Tikehau's vast lagoon. Endless stretches of unspoiled pink coral-sand beaches beackoned our arrival. When we decided to beach our kayak, some 8 kilometers away from our resort, a little pink pig came to welcome us to his private motu. Surronded by swaying palm trees under the afternoon sun, we combed the sand for shells and other local underwater inhabitants. It wasn't long before we had to bid farewell to our own private motu and kayaked off into the sunset.
